Disappointed with online purchase
With the arrival of our second son, I decided getting a better glider (than the one I own now) was a priority. My previous glider was purchased online (without ever seeing it in person) and it was so much smaller than I expected. I was on bedrest and couldn't shop around. This pregnancy I did get to shop around and this dutailier model was exactly what I wanted. I went all out by getting this and I was expecting better quality from this dutailier glider. After all it is more expensive than the one I have now. When we received it, it was certainly not like what I was testing out in the stores. My biggest priority was a chair that reclined. I'm happy with that, but everything else disappoints. When I do recline, the wood "sticks" - not a smooth transition. My other glider is more smooth. And the cushions are terrible. My son is two weeks old today, and already the cushion I sit on is getting flat! Two weeks usage! Not ok. The material is not very soft like microfiber, it's sort...
