I used to love it. Key words are USED TO. Since our purchase, the mattress platform has broken down at the weld points. Which is REALLY upsetting since it makes the crib unsafe. So I contacted Graco, only to find out that it isn't their crib, but they had licensed their name to another company. Customer service gave me the number to the other company and that's when the nightmare started. I have been on the phone FOREVER trying to get the replacement parts I need. Angry, I tagged Graco In a facebook post, and they very nicely offered to help me as much as they could. I emailed them the information I had about the model number as well as my contact info. I found out from them that the company that had licensed the Graco name is now out of business and there is no way to get the replacement parts, nor is there any way to get the twin rails you need to get the bed converted to a twin. Needless to say, Without knowing it, we wasted money on a convertible bed, that we can't convert...
