Customer service was no dream
The dresser was very nice. However, when it came, it had one of the drawer glides on incorrectly. It had the little roller at the back of the drawer rather than the front like all the others. Consequently, it wouldn't slide into the cabinet. The glide was an incorrect part. It must have been designed for another product entirely because it couldn't be reversed or used in any way. It just wasn't made for that dresser. After several phone calls to Dream On Me customer service, I finally gave up in despair of getting any relief from them. Dream's customer service was a nightmare!! Finally I went to Home Depot and bought four new glides which I installed on the drawer and in the cabinet and I threw the factory installed ones away and now the drawer works. I spent considerable time on the phone with the company, drove 30 miles round-trip to a hardware store, bought and paid for those glides out of my own pocket, wrestled with the dresser, fixed the problem and never did get any...

Very nice Furniture

My wife and I bought the entire set as a gift. When the baby was born and we had a chance to travel and see the furniture we were very pleased with the quality. Worth every penny

I bought this item a couple months back, when I moved into a small apartment. My walk-in closet wasn't enough and I needed a very compact yet spacious dresser for my daily use. I looked into many items and decided on this one. It was one of the best purchases I've made. It's a nice color, fits my bedroom. It's very stable, drawers have no problem opening or closing. The only thing I have to warn you is the time and effort you'll spend putting this thing together. Even though the manual has all the instructions, it's a bit tiresome to build all five drawers.
Overall, I recommend this product for everyone looking for an easy storage solution.

Charming in the nursery.

This was a nursery gift to our son and his wife to match their Cape Code Crib.

Son and friends assembled it with no reported problems. Baby's not here yet, so this is new and I can't report on how it holds up under use, but I am pleased with its weight and sturdiness -- everything square and solid. The style and scale are very pleasant -- it's not quite as tall as I expected, but plenty of space and it's actually more "to scale" for a nursery than it would be if it were taller. With the cute "bun" feet and molding it has quite a bit of style.

Their nursery theme is Dr. Seuss and they added "One fish, two fish, red fish, bluefish" decals to the drawers and the overall effect is just perfect!
